I serve as the company President, Co-Owner and Older Twin. I have been around the fire service most of my life and am very grateful to have been serving since 2004. I am a second generation firefighter currently serving as a Career Firefighter/ Paramedic and a Battalion Chief at a rural, combination department. I am also a proud Fire and EMS instructor in Licking, County. Working at both ends of the spectrum when it comes to rank and department type, I can help you get the best quality equipment at an affordable price.
Patrick Redd Central Ohio
I serve as the company VP, Central Ohio Sales Rep and Younger Twin. I, like my brother have been around the fire service most of my life and have been serving since 2005. I am currently a Career Firefighter/ Paramedic, and hold the rank of Captain where I live on our combination department. I am a Crew Leader on the Fairfield County Water Rescue team, and the Fire Training Coordinator for the Fairfield County Firefighters Association. I am certified as a Rescue Technician, Ice Rescue Instructor, and Public Safety Diver.
Jeremy Holland SE Ohio
I serve as the SE Ohio Sales Associate. I have proudly served the citizens of Troy Township and Athens County since 1996 as a firefighter and EMT. I'm currently the Chief of Department at Coolville Fire Department in Athens County. I served as a Battalion Chief of an Industrial Fire/Rescue Brigade for 5 years as an Industrial Firefighter, EMT, Confined Space Rescue Technician and Rope Rescue Technician. I grew up at the fire station as a third generation firefighter and have. I look forward to working with you and your department.
Ralph Long NW Ohio
Ralph Long has been a dedicated member of the fire service for over 50 years. He has been an instructor on many levels and has held several positions within various organizations in the Fire Investigation world. As a career investigator and reaching the rank of Captain within his fire department, Ralph brings a vast array of knowledge to his new position with ReddPSE.
JR Long NW Ohio
JR is a 2nd generation firefighter spending nearly his entire life in a fire station. He has many years as both a volunteer and career firefighter. JR is recently retired firefighter with a medium sized full-time department in NW, Ohio.
JR is an instructor on many topics and is currently serving as training coordinator for a local career center. With a technical rescue and instructional background, he intends to bring all aspect of his career to his sales position.
Brady Seddelmeyer Central and SW Ohio
Brady is a dedicated fire service professional with 24 years of experience, including work with multiple hazmat teams and Ohio Task Force 1. He began his career as a volunteer firefighter and has since become highly involved in engine company operations. He is currently a full-time firefighter with Violet Township Fire Department. As the owner of Tailboard Training Solutions, LLC, he provides top-tier fire training across the state and country. Beyond his career, he is a proud husband to his beautiful wife, Jen, and a devoted father to their two amazing children.
